Hi, I’m Tracey, your CPR instructor.

My mission is to teach medical professionals and community members how to confidently perform CPR and first aid in their community or workplace.

Immediate CPR can double or triple a person’s chance of survival.

When you know CPR, you make a difference and can save a life.

Learn to recognize life-threatening emergencies, perform effective chest compressions, use an AED early, provide rescue breaths, and safely deliver high-quality CPR.

I have been an RN for over 20 years, with 8 years of ICU experience, and currently work in the endoscopy department. As you can imagine, I’ve seen how CPR saves lives every day. In 2019, I became certified to teach CPR and first aid courses to help my community make a difference.

As of today, I have taught over 1,000 individuals life-saving techniques. It would be a privilege to teach you or your business too.
